Yesterday I got a quote for a return upper class flight to Orlando over Christmas for 1943, went on today and they have gone up to 3330. Why have they gone up so much in 24hrs and will they come down again if I hang on?

Gill, it will depend on your dates and what fares (codes) are available. If the Z fare you saw yesterday has now been booked and there are no more left then the price will be based on a D or J which are obviously quite a bit more.

There is a chance that some more Z's could become available but MCO is only a small UC cabin and Christmas is a popular time so it might not be likely.

I am sure some of the more knowledgeable others will be able to offer some more advice too.

A quick check still shows Z tickets available over christmas for about £1400. You may need to be a little flexible on your dates/times though as Jan 2nd return is £3k+

No consulation Gill, but I've also noticed that the prices on this route seem to be rising - even for 'z' fares. It would add weight to the recent threads that Upper and Premium are getting busy. [:)]
