I had a return flight booked with GSM grom GLA to PFO this summer mainly due to the easy flight times (0900 out 1700 rtn) plus the fact that it avoids changing in London so was far from chuffed when I received an email from them telling me our pleasant 1700 dep from Paphos had been re-scheduled to 0215 the following morning!

It also pointed out that this change was covered in their T&C's so I thought I would be stuffed for a refund but, to my surprise, after contacting them by phone and explaining that this is exactly the reason I avoid package holidays due to the sometimes horrific flight schedules from Scotland they agreed to fully refund the rtn portion of the 3 tickets! I thanked the agent and told her that I would certianly use them again after this display of goodwill.



Now coming home on Thomsonfly at GSM's oroginal dep time of 1700 albeit a day later.

Only too right you should share this excellent example of customer service with us - all to often it is the negative comments that get the maximum exposure.
