Oriental Missing Miles

Why do miles earned with stays at "Mandarin Oriental Group" never post. I have had stays in London, New York and Munich and each time I have to chase up with copies of my bills, last stay took 8 months to appear on my account!!!

Having just returned from holiday I can confirm that stays at Hong Kong, Macau & Bangkok also never appeared on my account. Pen and paper out to write again!

Each time I email the hotel prior with frequent flyer details and hand over my VS Flyer Card on arrival.

or mine from a stay in Joberg

Just stayed at the MO and Excelsior in HK. I'm not optimistic that my miles will show ever any time soon. Always best to keep the bills.

I did keep the bill and sent it to FC but they have lost it and no brain didn't take a copy doh! so no miles[:(!].

I chased the points for a stay in HK and DID get the credit:D
