I think both of them are plain silly for doing a fixed agreement like this. A graduated amount falling the closer they got to the 15000 PAX would have put paid to this stupidness.

I saw this yesterday also. And agree with McMaddog.

I love the way the airport has played the environment card when surely it was a term in the contract that they insisted upon thus implicating them in damaging the environment.

Flybe are well known for not holding any prisoners, they are very ruthless and get out quick when an airport begins to annoy them. I wonder if Norwich have just shot themselves in the foot.
