Has anyone else had their VS Amex FC miles credit for 1st [or early] April - so the ones off the March statement - removed from their Flying Club account? I have.

I can only assume this is beacuse they inadvertently gave most of us too many miles, i.e. the ones due off the March statement + the February ones again. Hopefully all will be corrected in a day or two.

This seems to be a relatively regular occurrence. Always seems to be right (for me at least) in the end though.

Well I've now had my miles returned for March, but to the same amount of what I had in Feb*

*Which is fine as I earned more in Feb than March, so still up [:D]

Same here but I'm only 64 miles up...

Really does sum up MBNA. I also have been recredited miles from February but nothing from March[?][?] No doubt they will be gone by this evening[n]

No sign of mine re-appearing as of 9am today. Makes me laugh though because VS have sent me a promo e-mail with my balance as 38k, which is what it should be, but is now only 31k because the miles have gone walkies!

Not happy here! I was credited with the wrong amount (too many miles), which was taken back. Now they've credited the same amount as the end of Feb - 2500 miles short!!! Just about to call them....

I have both my correct March miles showing and then also another line showing the same miles I earned in Feb added again, so I still have over 5k too many. I am sure eventually they will sort it out

I'm told that they are aware of the problem and a fix is in hand...

Last week I had in the region of 10k miles then i went dow to 424 miles, this afternoon i was up to 11k+ miles but tonight I am now down to 724.
This is getting to be quite a joke.

Ba might have problems with T5 but they have always got my miles balance spot on and my companion vouchers on time.

Over the last 24 hours my miles credit from VA AMex card from March has appeared, then disappeared from my account....

No idea why but I know it has happened to someone else as well...won't mind so much but had a big spend in March on VS flights, so would like them to appear and then stay on my account!!

Gone again, back to where I was 3 weeks ago.....

I don't believe this - checked my FC account this morning. MBNA have taken even more miles out !! I am seriously hacked off as I hadn't received any 'bonus' to start off with.If there are any lurkers following this thread please do something to rectify this shambles.

This is a total farce! I'm still missing last month's miles. Luckily i'm not going to be using them but I'd be so annoyed if I was trying to make a reward booking!
