In some ways the unfortunate customs officer proved a point.
The sniffer dogs could only find the training suitcase - they could not find the drugs!

Watched the sniffer dogs in action one time at HAV (Cuba).
All handbaggage had to be opened and laid out on the tarmac in a line.

The dogs were feeding on whatever they could find!
