When enquiries were made earlier in the year, Quarter 4 was given as a possible time for this to be released. Perhaps they've put things on hold...
Oh well, Q4 looms ahead, so perhaps VS will still go ahead on time

Most FC M/Cards will have to be re-issued shortly anyway as, after speaking to MBNA today, they informed me that even though my FC M/card has a chip on it, it's not a chip+pin card.
