Hi There

I have a new Virgin Credit Card, I received my first printed statement dates 13th October 2004, my miles have not yet been credited to my account, nor is there any mention on the statement. Who do I need to call and on what number to get this sorted?

Start with 08000150306 and make sure the card is linked to a FC account.

This happened to me - turned out they had my FC number wrong (one digit short) - I'd have expected their system to notice a blatantly invalid number but nothing!

Still, I got the signing-up miles and those for spend credited within a week of calling.

Thanks guys.

I have just called the Virgin Credit Card people, apparently my FC number wasn't on their system. This has now been added and I will be credited with my missing miles since opening the account.

I've just recieved 8943 miles (4000 bonus for the first transaction plus the first month's spend X2 miles per pound) BEFORE I've even had the statement!!
