Hmmm my snakebites don't use black... and I still drink them fairly regularly. In fact it became a tradition when flying to Galway to have one in the ServisAir lounge before leaving LTN. I've even had one down here in Auckland.

Nothing wrong with Snakey B- it is the drink of middle class students so clearly not chav. The added shot of vodka into it makes it the ultimate Snakey B.

I echo who ever mentioned the Sainsburys wine in a plastic bottle for £2.

Add with that Sainsburys Basic Red Wine.

Personally I would put all cheap Rose in there as well.

I believe a Brandy and Babycham is considered quite classy, with a Port 'n Lemon for her mum.
