AA vs VS customer service - no competition

Booked 6 seats to MIA for christmas 8 days ago with AA on 777. Noticed earlier, aircraft now changed to a 767-300. No seatback tvs and smaller seats! plus longer travel time 10hr 15 mins!

Just got off the phone to AA and they have rebooked us on the earlier flight going out and later flight home which are still using the 777. We were on cheap tickets aswell.

Now thats what I call service.

Sorry but how does AA CS helping you out relate to VS customer services? I have personally received some excellent CS from VS. One personal experience doesn't make AA brilliant and VS rubbish, does it[:?]

Also, you wouldn't need to worry about a lack of seatback TV's as all VS aircraft have them [;)]

And surely AA could only change you as there were free seats on the 777.

I have swapped between VS flights before but only when there was availability.
