Welcome to V-Flyer, the largest independent guide to travelling with Virgin. Created and maintained by passengers.

The above statement says it all. I love the site, however I have noted that Unlike other consumer websites i.e. Tripadvisor where many hotels monitor the site and comment appropriately, there seems to be no or little official feed back in any of the forums from VS. The question I would pose is why not? This site is obviously used and enjoyed by loyal VS customers. [:?]

There has been feed-back from time to time from both VS and V-Hols, especially when there has been a controversial issue. The introduction of the Goodnight Flight service calls to mind. There are also many staffers as members on the board and they can provide valuable insights. In addition the site owner, Pete and some of the other mods meet with VS from time to time

The site is monitored by various people within the Virgin empire and we enjoy, what we think is, a good relationship with Virgin.

Many thanks for your answers in respect to my question posed. Of course this is an independent site with no official link to VS or the Virgin group of companies. I am glad to hear that the site is monitored by various people within the Virgin empire and that the site owner and moderators meet with VS from time to time. Lets hope that they actually take in what has been published by their customers!

New here also but can assure you that VS and VH take a look at this site on a very regular basis...

RB himself knows of the site, and receives regular feedback from it , so keep up the good work Ladies and Gents - and it is an invaluable source of info!
