What happened to Concorde G BOAB?

The above retired Concorde was parked up for a good period of time on the old cross-runway at LHR (quite near to where the crashed BA 777 currently is). I believe the Concorde was originally destined to be positioned somewhere near T5.

Does anyone know where it is now? I have done a few Google searches & looked at Wikipedia, but can only seem to establish that this Concorde was given to Heathrow Airport.

This from the back end of last year showed that she was parked out of site at LHR (there are some pics and links to maps showing the location). Some other posts I read said that she had been moved there during the T5 construction work as she was getting very dusty[?]

I guess one of our LHR regulars might know any more up to date info.

There was talk of it being displayed near T5 when BA finish moving in.

I believe she is in storage before she gets moved to T5, though I'm not quite sure what BA intend to do with her. I thought she was supposed to be displayed inside the terminal?

I noticed it from the road a couple of weeks back at the hangers by Hatton Cross.

Like Sarah has said, I thought the original plan [from some time back] was for this Concorde to be located within T5. Given that T5 is now complete & operational [OK, maybe not quite as operational as BAA had hoped, i.e. a lot of BA flights still to relocate to T5] I assume the original plan has gone out of the window.

It will be interesting to see where this Concorde ends up.

Hopefully she will end up as something more that the current storage shed for excess BA documentation!
