Gold card - Flexibility on guests in Clubhouse?

Good Afternoon,

We will travel LHR-DXB in early November in PE. I am BMI Gold and so will be able to use the Clubhouse but my g/f is only Silver but will become Gold after this trip. Do you think there will be any possibility of her being allowed in as well? I am quite prepared to pay for her if need be.

As has been said on FT in answer to your question.

I think the answer will be no. Only VS Golds and people booking flights through VH can buy access to the LHR Clubhouse.

As BMI Gold, you will get access, but no entitlement to a guest.

You can only ask on the day - people have posted here that they have been allowed to buy access to a CH when it is quiet, but I wouldn't bank on it.

As an idea that seems to have a few supporters I was wondering what might be the best way to get it in front of VS.

I could certainly put together a letter - very much along the lines of HF suggestion - if it is felt this might be constructive. If so maybe a few other FC members names added to the end would also assist it's passage?
