I've just bought two J seats on Ethiopian Airlines - with airlines struggling and many predicted to go bust - am I stupid to go with such a 'questionable' company?

Friends have booked it on my behalf through an official airline agent in Addis Ababa for LHR-ADD travel in November. I've also got bookings with Air Malawi but in comparison are pretty invaluable.

What d'you think? [:#]

Being a national carrier and not being subject to the EU's oversight and rules I would be less worried about booking a flight on Ethiopian Airlines than I would on say Alitalia right now.

[:?] Having such a baggage allowance, I'd be happy being served sand.
