Is it my imagination or do the business calls seats look like they have more room than first?

I like the little hoods on them though, perhaps a curtain across would be an idea.

I've got my alarm set, will be sitting in my 32nd floor Shangri La room in Sydney hoping to see it fly across the city tomorrow morning ... sadly the camera I have with me is not good, but will try for a piccy.

Apparently Qantas has opened talks with Airbus to order more ... that's great. Hope to see BA and others increase their orders too.

The seat pitch looks pretty good in PE, and looks quite a cosy little cabin.

Business doesn't look great to me, you would have thought that in such a new flagship plane they'd be able to put lie flat beds.

ISTBC - Air France and Lufthansa next year, then China Southern near the end?

From what i have seen although it looks nice i certainly wouldnt pay like £200-300 or more just to fly on it, i have seen prices on singapores consistantly higher am i missing something about it, or should most people save there money or use it to upgrade.[:?]

cheers

I believe that SQ are the only airline charging more to fly on the A380 and only in Business Class. The A380 doesn't have First Class so Suites can't be compared to First Class on B747s. They state there is no charge for Y. I'm guessing that fares may be higher due to higher demand for A380 flights.
Not only will you be travelling on a new, in the news ac. The IFE is superior and it is apparently awsomely quiet compared to B747s and B777s. Thus, justifying to some paying extra.

This maybe an obvious question, look outside in the cockpit view...

who's flying the beast [:o]

[:D] I wondered who would spot that [:w]

Someone else has spotted that - now the picture has changed.[:w]
