VS arrives usually at gate 36 - you run off and IIRC take a right turn and about 50ft in front you'll see a transfer security channel. There's only one queue and then two scanners so just go for the quickest one. The up an escalator at the rear of this security into the departures terminal. On your left, there's a huddle of shops and in the middle of them on the right side of a corridor (between the shops) there is a lift that goes up to the lounges, alternatively, if you're in the right place, there's another escalator up. Find the sign pointing to the clubhouse entrance, run in, ask the lady on reception to book you a shower. Bingo.

If you lose your bearings when in the departures, look up, you can see the clubhouse on a level above the shops, its open plan and quite stylish, it'll help with directions.

If I have munged any of this up, I'll update it on Monday after the return!

There are also plenty of staff on the ground who direct transiting passengers if they look lost. The CH is relatively simple to find (use the escalator if there are a couple of people waiting for the lift).Like I've said previously, speed is of the essence when disembarking.
