Will UC sale that ends 23rd Sept be extended?

Just noticed special offer ends today I need to book an Upper Class fare to Hong Kong in December but do not have exact date until tomorrow. Do they tend to extend these sales. There is plenty of availability when I look at the site

See if BA have extended theirs, that normally helps. [:D]

If you know roughly when you need to travel, or have a few dates in mind, often they will hold a booking for upto 72 hours before you need to confirm. I've not tried that over the period when a sale is ending though, so not sure if they hold the price as well so that would need checking carefully.

Well now you have your answer which is a bit of a surprise as recently they have been extending their sale.
Normally the 'Special Offers' page has a few good fares even when there is not a sale on but the current offering is only a Sydney sale in Economy for £843.
I wonder how long before the next sale[:?]

Was going to risk holding out for it being extended. Glad I booked yesterday now as price has gone up by £500!

I did risk it and it went up £800. Need BA to extend their sale

There's every chance there'll be another sale, but of course the risk is that there won't be and the fare continues it's rise. With reference to holding flights for a few days, in my agent days we never did that if there was a deadline.
