Wisest Gurus[oo]

I've booked a flight with TAP this weekend & they belong to Star Alliance.
Should I have a Star Alliance number or do I/can I use my BMI diamond number?
Your clarifation would be very much appreciated.

Thank you in advance.[y]

Using your BMI diamond club number should make sure you accrue miles for the sectors flown on TAP, assuming you have bought a fare which accrues mileage.

You can add your BMI diamond number to your booking and you will earn miles/TP's to your BMI account.

Ok Densehead is back[:#]

I have digested the info which is perfect.[y]

However, on stopping to think,[:?] [i] which is, I admit a rare event, is Emirates a Star Alliance member?

Sorry & thank you in advance that some dear V-Flyer will take pity on a tired old saddo.

Emirates isn't a member of Star Alliance or any alliance for that matter - they're happy enough going it alone.

I'll enter my bmi diamond number & keep my fingers crossed.
