Couple of questions

Hi all,

A couple of things....

Just booked a trip to NY UCS for my wife and myself, both legs on 747's. I've placed us in 6A & K, so that we aren't so "isolated". Is this the best option or is 8A and 9A better for instance i.e. on the same side?

I bought a PE ticket and upgraded with miles. Am I right in thinking I'll still be awarded PE miles and tier points?

Your ticket will show as a G so won't attract miles and tier points. When you get back you'll need to call FC and ask for them. Hopefully this will be sorted at some stage.

Personally (and these things are always subjective) I'd go for 8A and 8K as 6 and 7 don't have overheads. Mind you then you'll be sharing with 6 and 7 so... . FWIW these are these seats we've booked on our next two flights...
