I can think of a few more to add to that list.... $1m claim due to blogging related activities for starters....

Some of those are fabulous, I especially love BA's T&C's allowing them to remove smelly pax. Also, I love Bonnie, and Total Eclipse of the Heart, stupid Belgian's (only on that flight who complained, not as a whole race, TUP)

That was also in a quiz on the BBC website at the weekend when it was stated that of all the scenarios posted the one about the hamsters was in fact false. The rest were true.
