I saw this in the BBC website

I guess if you compared it to a BAC1-11 or a 737-200 of the day, it would be almost silent.[:D]

Ah the BAC1-11 , I remember flying to Germany on one with BA many years ago. The only available seats we at the rear of the AC next to the fuselage mounted engines. I honestly couldn't hear anything for about two hours after we landed[y]

Great little aircraft though.
