Help with Egyptian visa???

Hi everyone i know this is the wrong forum but just wondered if anyone could help me with something.
I am travelling to Egypt for 6 months but they only let you stay in the country for 3, now i know i have to exit the country and return again but will they allow me another 3 months when i return?

I would suggest that for the official line, you contact the Egyptian Embassy in London.

When you say travelling do you mean as a tourist or to work? As Darren says, you should contact the visa section of your nearest Egyptian consulate for advice. AFAIK a tourist visa is only valid for 6 months from issuance for a maximum stay of 3 months. There is however another visa category called 'Entry Visa' for working or study or non-tourist activity and this may be the one you should enquire about.

You will need a multiple entry visa from the Embassy. These are valid for 6 months in total but as Darren suggests, due to the entry/re-entry you wish to do it would be a good idea to clear this with the Embassy first.
