AlanA, thank you for mentioning us and the book! Really chuffed!

This is a fascinating debate and we really can see many sides, but it has become very heated at times, and we thought a humourous reality check for all was in order,
so we wrote this for you all: Enjoy and please take it in the spirit it was intended - defusion!

Everywhere else:

If your food is cold you call the waiter.
If your food is vile you call the Chef
If your service is poor you call the Maitre 'd
If you are dissatisfied you call the manager
If your TV breaks you call the repair engineer
If your kids drive you mad you call a babysitter
If you are distressed you call a friend
If you are ill you call the doctor.
If you are lost at sea you call the coast guard
If there is an accident you call an ambulance.
If there is a fight, you call the police.
If there is a fire you call the Fire Brigade.

On Board an Aircraft:

For the full range of services listed call the Cabin Crew:

Airlines! £980 for twenty days per month (of your choosing!) buys you all of the above in a flexible, attractive, hard working, stress and jet lag resistant package. Simple to recruit and maintain with the illusion of glamour, minimum rest and cheap travel*

Buy now with complete confidence and get loyalty, devotion and years of dedicated service. You won't find better, you won't find cheaper!

Cabin Crew: What they will do for the money is nothing short of miraculous!

*terms and conditions apply.

Three things:

Virgin, you have great crew, please appreciate them and their efforts.
Crew, please don't bugger up the passengers travel arrangements, they work hard too.
Passengers, treat crew well and get great service in return, they deserve good pay and repect.

Love,
