Anti Virus softwear

Hi
Can anyone recommend a good value anti virus programme. I have always used McAfee, its just expired and they want 40 for a years update, is there better/cheaper on the market?

On this front I have spybot running, which includes a program called teatime, this program provides real time monitoring.

There are a few other things I have running at the same time....

I've already decided, I will be converting next year (if my current PC lasts that long as things are already starting to drop off [:0])

Windows viruses mean nothing to Macs, but Mac viruses do and believe me there are Mac viruses.

Getting back on-topic (no more Mac references please) I use avast! Free of charge, and updates itself every time you connect to the Internet.
