I can't think of a particualr interview; though that does sound about right for Henry, I was always impressed with his ethic and behaviour.

Now Clive Anderson and The Bee Gees....

For the record, my vote is - George Best on Parky

Best was best on Wogan [:D]

My vote goes to the couple he did late on with David Niven the crab joke was a classic.

The Robert Mitchum one where he wouldn't speak al la Meg trout pout Ryan.

My favorite of all time was good old Olie on Aspel, I can remember him walking out and thinking bet thats a pint of vodka[:D]

My favourite is when he interviewed the daughter / granddaughter (?) of William Booth the founder of the Salvation Army when she was in her 80's.

This was in Parky's heyday - I have to agree with Mrs D, I have never watched the recent series

She was a Salvationist and when Parky said 'My money's on you.. ' she responded in a flash saying 'You are not a betting man are you?' which completely floored him.

Sometimes it is better to quit whilst you are ahead and let people remember you at your prime. Wayne Newton on Dancing with the stars[:w][:w][:w][:w]

I thought his funniest was when he interviewed Ali and asked him what it was like being the worlds most recognised public figure, Ali jumped up and nearly hit him because he thought he called him a public nigger (am I allowed to write that!), classic

Thank god for technology. Pete, good for you for converting that to asterisks. I thought I'd signed onto the BNP home page...
