Thanks for the replies so far. Basically i upgraded my price plan
with a good deal as i was going to leave them to join another company.
Part of the deal was a new phone. First time round then took the phone to the wrong address so was rejected. 2nd time they brought it to my address and said someone with the name of Daniel ... rejected the package! Third time round they forgot to load it on the van to bring it to me and the 4th time they said they had delivered when they havent.
Have phoned them at least 10 times and some have been long calls. I checked and the calls are recorded so i said if a manager doesent call me back i will cancell my direct debit and cease dealings with the company. I have said theat numerous times and no one has called me yet. Being a man of my word, i have now cx the direct debit and am joining another provider. Just wanted to see how i can get around the last 2 months of the contract with paying if they make a fuss.
Thanks for the help. [:D]

Youve not mentioned whether or not you were doing the upgrade within or out your original contract, assuming you were out of contract, it sounds to me as though the new contract has not been fulfilled by Voda, as long as you have it all documented I would say you are on firm ground ..... However what I would advise is doing everything from now on in writing. They can be very quick to sell off 'debts' to collection agencies, who in turn can be quick to whip up a court appearence ..... so make sure you have all the documents to hand.
