I am just looking at the riverside church with google earth and it looks like a good match Honey Lamb. The other building would then be the General Grant memorial which also matches the photo in both appearance and position. It looks like a spectacular boat trip on the Hudson river.

Bravo to HL. And you're right with the church and the memorial. We were on the Cirlcle Line Cruise, that goes all the way around Manhattan island. Way back in June '01 - ah, the memories. Actually, we had dinner that evening at Windows of the World, which seems odd now...
