Pizzas and Fried Eggs

The Gourmet Pizza Company in Gabrielle's Wharf in London do (used to? Is it still there?) a breakfast pizza (Bacon, Sausage etc.) with a Dippy fried egg in the middle.

I was in Pizza Express in The Strand on evening last week and had a pizza with an egg on it - sorry had too may glasses of Chianti to remember what it was called but my female work colleague had one with an egg too !! She probably ordered as we are both piscarians.

Yummy they were too - but hey what isn't after a few too many glasses of red ??

I don't remember any strange foods but then the competition was so great that if you didn't get in quick, you'd go hungry.

The special at ICCO on Goodge Street has a fried egg along with olives and artichokes if I remember right.

I'll be horsewhipped -- I stumbled drunkenly one evening from The Sanderson to that very place and had that same pizza! Small world, indeed...

You've not lived until you have had a whole deep fried pizza. Mind you a few of these and you won't live much longer.
