Well they're driving on the right. I can see American style road crossing. Buildings around look US North Eastish, Boston or Chicago, maybe NY. Certainly don't recognise the building.

It's the view from the skywalk observatory on top of the Prudential Centre.
Based on the info above I did a google image search of 'view from prudential boston' and it does indeed show a pic of that building [oo]
