New Rewards Guide

Just thought it had been a while since I had a new Rewards Guide Book. I used to download these from the Virgin site, but just had a look and could not see anywhere to download a new version.

I have a 28 page version and a 46 page version. Both seem to have been created during 2003.

Is there a newer one?

As you need to earn miles before you spend them can you please add a link under Earning Miles as well as Spending Miles
