Virgin Black Amex - Reward Vouchers?

Just been billed for my first annual renewal having received my regular monthly statement and I know I have spent over 20000 on this card the past year.

I seem to remember reading that I was entitled, with this spend, to some sort of companion reward flight voucher, but nothing has come with this statement. Will it come automatically at some point soon, or do I have to ring up and claim it? No mention of this was made in my monthly statement.

It will show on your FC account on the anniversary of you having the black AmEx. The voucher is given upon a certain spend during a year, so it is only applied to your account after that one year.

I don't recall Mrs Buns ever having received physical vouchers.

Thank you. Just checked on my VA statement on line and it shows on 18/3 'VAA Credit Card Econ>Premium Reward Upgrade'. Is that all the acknowledgement I get - no further info? Do I just ring up to redeem it? I did think it was going to be a companion reward ticket offer since I have spent over 15k.

Yes that is all you will get, no physical vouchers.

The Y>PE upgrade voucher is put on as soon as you reach the required spend. The companion voucher is only added once a year on your renewal date.
