Going to keep this one short since it was almost exactly the same as the flight out on BA15 (and I think the same plane) but with the shorter leg first.

Didn't bother with any of the food on either leg of the return flight, did visit Burger King in Singapore instead. Food out from SYD looked particularly grim - Chicken 'n' mash or veggie curry..

I was smiled on by the traveling gods, and allocated seat 21K - window bulkhead in WT+ ! not only that, the chap next to me only did the SYD-SIN leg so I had both seats on the Long Dark haul back to LHR - plugged in the power inverter & watched all the TV I've had sitting on the portable media player since 2007. Still failing to get past the couple of levels of Super Mario on the DSi.

Arrived at T4 on time, then spent 20 mins touring the outer reaches of the runway in the rain before reaching the stand. Iris lane was not open, it looks a bit broken to me. Baggage took 35 mins to arrive. Waited 40 mins for Purple Parking van to turn up. Welcome back to the UK.

All in all quite impressed with BA at the moment, there was an air of quiet professionalism in these flights thats been missing from my last couple of trips with VS; likely to consider them when pricing up the next jaunt (Maybe Vegas in Nov if I can find the cash) - oh what a fickle fellow I am.

Glad the flight went well, however their food doesn't seem to be great?
