Abu Dhabi Grand Prix

Looks like we have bagged a couple of hospitality tickets for the final Grand Prix this year at Abu Dhabi [:D]

This gives the opportunity to eventually try out the Heathrow to Dubai upper service as I believe Abu Dhabi is only 70 odd miles away.

Would I be right to assume that a CDC would go that distance and has anyone any recomendations for a nice hotel near the circuit ?

The CDC distance limits are 'any address in the UAE' so yes.

Yes, as Darren says. A friend of mine did this last year, his sister works in Abu Dhabi and he took the CDC to visit her. No problem.

Was that you saying you had an extra ticket and looking for someone to go with you[:D]

If you inform us that you are staying in the hotel that the track goes through (well around/underneath from what I can see) then I will be even more jealous! The plans for the circuit/island look amazing.
