Just dug out my claims the VS one was for 12 return pond hops this generated a cheque for 24.22*. BA claim was for 6 returns nothing at all for these yet.[?]

I had my BA one on Monday but still awaiting to hear from Virgin.

I got a 58.45 the other half 36.20 - but we flew the same flights same time booked together etc - I think they are plucking figures out of the air..

Sorry.

I must have placed my comment inside the 'quote' rather than after it.

I was pointing out the variation in amounts you received for the flights. Previous posters had mentioned that the refund was based on the when you flew as well as the class you flew. You payments seemed to support that theory.

I'm currently away, so not seen my cheque, but have had it opened for me. I have recieved 70.XX, which was for LHR-MIA, 2x LGW-LAS, LHR-JFK and a LHR-SYD all in Y, over the period.

Did mine online. Received a cheque from Virgin, but still nothing from BA.

Online here too, the first day the form went live (did via FC number). Not claimed for BA.

Online for both just supplied Ff numbers, also on the first day the form went live.

Received our chqs today the massive sum of 16.09 each for one Y flight taken with VS. Securicor escorted us to the bank where it was safely deposited. Seconds later Mrs chumba spent it !

Hmmm, I filled out the forms on line with our FF numbers and got an email notification that they had received it a few days later. We then got a form in the post which was pretty much asking for the same information but I didn't bother sending this in.

I'm now wondering if I should have sent the forms back.

Did ours online then gots forms through the post....but ignored them.
Recieved a cheque in the post earlier in the week.

You could email them for an update on your claim.

I filled in the form online and some time later I did get a form in the post which I never bothered with. Got my cheque this week, though see above...
