i'm currently sitting in a busy LHR clubhouse. As a first timer I am impressed but haven't got the wow factor yet. Service is a tad slow, the waiters seem to be buzzing around a select few. nice food definitely an improvement on BA's offering, even T5. The 4th glass of bubbly is going down nicely.

If it's your first visit and you didn't get the wow factor as soon as you walkied in, I don't think you ever will.

Have a safe flight.

No WOW factor? I tell u what. Think about the poor people in the AA Admirals Club sitting beneath you... I was sick when I spent my only time in the LHR CH and despite this still knocked back several champers, burger, mojito... hmmm...

Anyway - enjoy it while you can. If you dont get the WOW factor thats cool... We are all different. Nothing wrong with that (Despite what newly elected MEPs might think)

No wow factor? That really is a shame. Hopefully you got more of a wow factor that you'll get from Odyssey....

looking back it was very nice, and it is definately the best business class lounge i have ever had the pleasure of using. Think i've spent too much time of my life in airports to be 'wow'd' anymore.

Crew were a great bunch, got chatting to a few and we discussed several 'hot topics' and they, as ever were professional but honest in handling their replies. Service is mixed in comparison to Club World things I miss from BA and things (a lot) i prefer with VS. I agree with many of you now, upper is not what it used to be.

Oh and i am now a T10 convert, the birthday cocktail is far better with T10 instead of Bombay
