Surely making the card look more exclusive especially for GOLD. I must admit BA exec club cards are very smart and simple. I like the idea of a new design but not what the design is. As many have said the old design was fine.
Pity to see Virgin make another huge mistake

The luggage tags are very 'new money' and is clearly aiming at the whole bling market.
As for the actual card, think the front looks okay and clever use of the colours but the backs a bit dull (but name me a card that does have an exciting back).
Really though it's only a FF card.....

A few of us did the testing last time round in relation to the new material they were making the cards out of, but nothing this time round.

In some countries it will be free. Many networks don't recognise +44 8xxx or 9xxx numbers so you cannot call it.

Just go my Au renewal today. Rather interestingly the image on the card rather resembles this years MoMA members card - I doubt intentional. The MoMa card features a bronze by Aristide Maillol facing to the left and the VA Au the Paul Manship in Rockefeller Plaza bronze facing to the right. They make an amusing pair in my wallet.
Art lesson aside. The new Au card really is quite horrible, the luggage tags worse. Why didn't they just replicate the wallet card for the luggage tags, at least then the image wouldn't be interrupted. I still have the old ones which I will continue to use.
A poster earlier said the tags were very 'new money' I disagree, I find them incredibly useful, everyone these days uses black wheeled cases, and the tags are a very handy way of quickly seeing my bags on the carousel.

I have figured it out, the menus, these cards, I have no idea how we missed it.
Picture this, a meeting at Crawley, Steve Ridgeway shows the execs the new menu his teenage daughter came up with in cooking class and the new design for the FC cards she came up with in art class.
None off the puppet heads are going to point out they are bad, they will just nod and smile and put them out for us.
That's what I think anyways.
