dont know about the loads but yes you can change your seats at OLCI.

You can change them to any open seats now in 'manage bookings' if you are not happy with your current allocation and then again see if there are any better ones at OLCI

VS29 - 17Aug09
J6 D6 R5 Z1 W9 S9 K0 Y9 B9 L9 M9 Q0 X0 N0
On the seating plan, 6 unallocated in Upper, 1 unallocated in PE & 29 unallocated in Economy. (Out of the seats available pre-OLCI).

VS30 - 31Aug09
J5 D3 R1 Z0 W9 S9 K6 Y9 B9 L9 M9 Q9 X9 N0
On the seating plan, again, 6 unallocated in Upper, 2 unallocated in PE & approx 50 unallocated in Economy.

And finally, yes you can change your already allocated seats when the other 40% (or thereabouts) become available at OLCI.

Hope this helps

M+M fares are not booked in the correct fare bucket for you to upgrade using miles. The only way you will be able to upgrade is with either cash at the airport, or change you fare to an upgradable fare before hand and then use miles to upgrade. Of course all this is depending on there being G fares available (if you want to use miles).

I pre-allocated mine a few months back into 78 and 79 as the entire forward section with our favourite 73 and 74 was greyed out as unavailable, and then up until this morning couldn't make any change. At OLCI this morning I found I'd been shifted to rows 73 and 74 with other seats available...sweet.
