Joining Elevate

Can someone please tell me if the VX frequent flier club is restricted only to US residents? I tried joining using 2 different email addresses and entering my UK postal address. Each time it told me that the email address was already associated to a profile. I am sure that my email address is unique as it is with AOL which doesnt allow duplicate email addresses.

I would be surprised if it is restricted to US residents especially as it allows you to select countries other than the USA when filling in the joining information.

It's not restricted to US residents. A good few of us here are members (and some of us founder members).

As an experiment, I've just tried to sign up for Elevate

I get the same error - 'email address is already associated with a profile'

It looks like their site is broken at the moment....

Seems to be recognising me OK.

I keep getting the same message as well. When I give an alias it also says that the alias is already in use (I cannot believe that). I got the same error with two different email addresses.
