We have a number of V-Flyers due to travel in UC over the next couple of days, they will be reporting the new menu as soon as they can, so keep an eye on the forums towards the end of this week.

Thanks,
Neil

As this is currently under discussion here I'm going to merge these threads to avoid confusion

Flew out yesterday on VS15 so can give a few snippets of the menu.

Starter
Pumpkin and Butternut Squash Soup
Feta, Olive and Chorizo Salad

Main
Beef Olives, Lyonnaise Potatoes, Carrots, Green Beans
Fish Pie - can't remember full details but lots of cheese involved
Veg Option - could have been a risotto but veg options are lost on me anyway

Dessert
Spotted Dick with glug of custard - didn't have it but a few people did and their dishes went back empty. Looked like an M&S advertisement.

I know I've missed a few options, I had the salad which was really nice, lots of feta and strips of chorizo with a tasty dressing.

The Beef I really liked, it was wrapped around an olive stuffing and was very tender.

Aftenoon tea was smoked ham, cream cheese and chicken salad sandwiches
Chocolate Brownie or Sultana scone

I had a nice South African Merlot which sent me to sleep nicely along with the salad and beef.

It no doubt helped that there were only 6 of us in UC along with only another 82 passengers on board.

Did someone bulk buy olives?

In one of the starters AND mains!

I am partial to them but even so could be a bit much and they probbaly offer them as nibbles with drinkies too!

Anyway will wait till I see how hungry I am on the 24th before choosing !

but i guess its one of those dishes that has several variations and the 'olive' in the name is the shape of the beef?
