Your best bet is Marylebone High Street - a five minute walk away. Loads of little places to eat.

I would second that- can always find somewhere interesting along Marylebone High Street.

Of course do not just limit yourself to the area around your hotel, everything in London is not that far. I often find that peoples perception of distances in London is completely lost because they travel underground a lot and think that because you change tube lines it means its a long trek above ground. A friend of mine was adamant that Oxford Circus to Covent Garden would take 50 mins to walk, when we completed in a rather brisk 15 mins he was amazed!

Funnily enough, that was the plan, but looking at options nearby.
Bobbed in to Wahaca briefly last visit for quick lunch bite, and yes would go back.
