Good Afternoon to all on V-Flyer!

I have a quick question (which im sure has been asked many times before, but cannont seem to find the answer, so i apologise in advance!)

My friend and I are looking at flights to New York in late January. We're quite upset we missed the sale a few weeks back, but no point in crying about that! [:D]

I'm rather tall, so I'd prefer to fly Premium (Well, I'd actually prefer Upper, but im only a mere student, so I cannont afford that for every trip [:p]). I was wondering, in members past experiences, would it be better to pay for a Premium flight at booking, or at the airport?

We're also kinda holding out for another sale, so fingers crossed for that too.... [:w]

Thank You to all in advance! [y]

It depends really. If you want to 100% fly inPE then it is best to buy now as that way you are certain to get a seat and will also have more options of where to sit.

If you are willing to take the risk of getting a cheaper PE upgrade at the airport whilst understanding it might be sold out or of you can get an upgrade you might not get great seats or sat together then it could save you some money.

I guess it all comes down to your choices and wants.

I have never been convinced that LHR airport upgrades are good value for money.

If your dates are not fixed, I would be tempted to wait for the next PE sale.

Currently there are no sales on the VS website - I am sure there will be one in the next few weeks. What destinations / dates are involved is anyone's guess, but NYC is always a good bet.

From my experience, the price at the airport isn't any cheaper than you could get it on line and it makes it easier to know in advance that you can sit together etc

If anything, get the PE ticket when booking, don't chance it at the airport.

Thanks to all for your responses! I think we're gonna hold on, and see if a sale comes up anytime soon.... :)
