Both me and the Mrs cannot access flying club?

It has been like it for days, and called them today, and after 20 mins holding, was told it might be my cookies!!!

Any ideas from anyone who knows it's definately NOT my cookies!

Message just reads :' Your details cannot be validated. Please check and try again. '

Issue seems to have been since the new style homepage appeared......

Have you tried a different web browser?

I quite often get problems when using Safari (Windows version). I can log into my FC account but it wont bring up the 'My Account' page. It does the same thing with the 'View Booking' section too. Lets me enter the details but then just stalls.

The VS website is not Safari for Windows friendly (nor ever has been).

The odd thing is that I can use Safari on my Mac with no problems what so ever.

Chrome/IE works much better in Windows.

We are OK now. Tried FC again and got a helpfull UK based agent who said I needed to register to use my account online, but that she could do it there and then for me.

I accepted and didn't even begin to tell her I had accessed FC online for a number of years!

Anyhow, all sorted. Thanks

With the Web site refresh problems emerged with some people's cookies and saved passwords. If you delete the cookies for VS, and your saved passwords, then go back to the home page and re-enter your login details and resave them, it generally works.
