gave up after 15 mins + waiting
tried web site
shows 100,000 miles required
useless!!

Sorry misread your post, you did call.

Got through almost immediately but, unfortunately, no seats for when I'm off at the end of November [n] Oh well, it was nice to think that I might be able to sneak in a quick trip before freeze completely.
