Thanks again chaps. Glad people seem to have enjoyed the continuing tales our curious travels.

DL, buns - it was the most immense relief and delight that Tizer was healthy and happy for this trip. We were able to do all the things that we felt we'd been robbed of last year. She'd had a stinking cold the week before we travelled and we were dreading a repeat performance. I'd made it quite clear to all concerned that if Tizer - or any of us for that matter (I'd not had a great time health-wise in Barbados this year) - were ill this time that it would be an end to any further holidays. I can only assume that such a hefty threat sparked our antibodies into overdrive.

Lizz - pity the princess who's having a bad hair day. You don't want to be in a Mickey Mouse suit in 90 degree heat...

Disneyland Paris - the only place in the world where you'll see Mickey Mouse smoking a Gauloise... I jest of course, we went in the 90s when it was just the one park and had a great time. Wouldn't mind trying it again with Tizer, although I do think it's time that she saw something on her travels more substantial than fairytale royalty and oversized rodents...

I remember an Air Canada flight which resembled your eggy-Y experience.

On their A330, there is a front and rear Y cabin, divided by a toilet block at #3 doors.

A colleague and I were sat in the front Y cabin, which was <50% full, getting comfortably sozzled on the free-flowing supply of beer.

If we took a trip down to the back of the bus, the rear Y cabin was like a journey to a different planet - it seemed much more crowded, legs sticking out of blankets into the aisles, and an odour that I'd probably associate more with a disaster relief camp. It was *that* nasty.

Great TR as ever, as you said, it looks like 'it was written'.

An excellent read, thanks, and glad to hear that 'FLA Part II- This Time It's Germ Free' went to plan.

As their is a distinct absence of post hereabouts, could you please be a dear and get on with the return TR? Many's a mickle makes a muckle and all that...

I'll try a less subtle approach- you've been back weeks (and unless you've been struck with H1N1 in the interim you have no defense). Get a move on vipond . The chattering classes are waiting [:D].

God forbid that the proles should be kept waiting. Return TR is a slow-moving work-in-progress, based partly on the fact that we can't remember a great deal of flight... Will try and finish it over the weekend.

Take your time with the return TR - we're still waiting for either of Neil's TR from earlier in the year. We had a whip round and bought him a new set of crayons to help him along. but to no avail as of yet.

Great TR though, superlatives don't do it justice. I was a bit disappointed not to hear of any pearls of wisdom on par with the mutterings we heard on the MCO-MAN flight, where people were grumbling that they hadn't been moved to the Upper seats because they were empty....

Well, sir, this TR is up there with the your best work. Glad the family had a great time and Tizer looks very adorable, even my Apprentice who's around 6 months older than Tizer thought she was cute'[:I]

Richard, Neil is probably having problems getting the crayons out of the box, the cellopene can be a bit tricky to open.[:w]

Should I advise her that she has a potential suitor? I warn you, she's not available for offers of courtship until sometime around 2038...

Breaking news from Orlando - I hear that Neil has in fact managed to get the cellophane off the packet of crayons and opened said packet. Unfortunately, he's already eaten two of them and a third is now stuck up his nose, so no risk of TR from him in the near future I'm afraid...

I will warn you he is bit of a ladies man. Only on holiday last week, he had females of all ages from 6 to 60 swooning over him. Wonder if it's something to do with his newly acquired Pudsey bear or his chat up line of 'I'm C*******, what's your name?'

The Radisson at MAN is conveniently connected to the terminal by a walkway, along which you are effortlessly swished via a series of moving walkways.

Why do I feel I'm being admonished here? Maybe it's just HL and her matronly tones... She's right though, Sunshine - come one, come all where TRs are concerned. If nothing else, you'll probably ramble on a lot less than me.

Sorry, I never intended for you to feel admonished. [:#] It was just that Sunshine didn't feel she could reach the heady heights to which you bring us and I wanted to reassure her that we value all TRs.

And who are you calling 'matronly'? [V]
