What I find amazing is the professionalism of all involved. The ATC controller remained so calm throughout. When you listen to ATC tapes from other airports, it is quite shocking at how unprofessional they are. Interesting to note that in the mayday call the pilot, quite forgivably, gave the wrong flight number and gave the order to evacuate over ATC by mistake. Amazed at the speed in which the fire services were on the scene and the way in which everything switched runways so quickly.
