Yesterday, while looking for flights on the VA website, I was presented with a button to start an online chat, which I did, and spoke to a very helpfully lady.

Today, while doing the same thing, I can't seem to find the online chat button anywhere to chat, meaning I have to call up to speak to an advisor.

What is the deal with this facility? Is it only available at certain times?

Thanks

VA or VS? VA is Virgin Australia, VS Virgin Atlantic

I think I got an email announcing this new feature, though we always call FC anyway so it wasnt of much interest to me at the time. Will be interesting to see how useful/accurate the service is?

Thanks,
Sarah
