Interesting that they don't include BMI.

Also note, LH is running a 1 million miles promotion to name one of their new A380s.

This is a M&M promotion, not a *A promotion. M&M is becoming the super-program, as almost all *A carries in Europe share it as their FF program. BMI is not included, neither it TAP, or United/AC/ANZ, as they have their own FF programs.
