VA Website - Contact Numbers Appearance

A collegue of mine was searching for numbers for VA and I directed them here.

However on her screen there were no telephone numbers dispayed. On a couple of occassions it displayed them briefly and then removed them.

Does anyone technie know why this would be? I've looked at the page source code but can't see anything that would make this occur. Someone at work suggested that it may be to do with Skype being installed and it removing phone numbers (which seems likely - although a bit heavy handed).

I have Skype installed and don't have that problem - I can see all the numbers on the site... don't know of any other reason though, unless something in the cache is affecting the display?

Which browser is she using?
Try it with IE perhaps..

Just to post the answer.

Apparently it is a Skype setting - display phone numbers as Skype numbers. If this is turned on then it removes normal numbers and tries to find Skype numbers.
