Transfer of Marriott points to VAA miles?

Is it possible to transfer Marriott points into VAA FC miles? If yes, what is the 'exchange rate' (1 to 1?) and how do I do it?

Yes, you can, details are on this page of the Marriott site. The transfer rate isn't that great though, 10,000 Marriott points = 2000 VS FC miles.

I just transferred my marriot points to BA miles at the same rate - 20k = 2k BA miles. Bearing in mind that an upgrade to club is 25K return as opposed to the VS upper upgrade at 60K/
