It's the position.

It sticks out of the divider but doesn't have a lot of movement. It's very easy, especially at night, to sit up and bash yourself unconscious on it.

Can't say in all my trips I've ever done that! Each to their own I guess.

Me neither - but then I am only 5-11 and Darren looks considerably taller than me. However now that I am now aware of the possibility whats the betting that I do it next week !

I have repeatedly cracked my head on that stupid divider thing between the sleep zone and other suites, on a day flight in suite 15/16 it sticks right out but blends in with the rest of the overhead stuff, if you have your specs off its so easy to bend and crack your head. Done it both flights to MIA.

Not bothered a jot about IFBT, watching sweaty possibly overweight people being massaged makes me want to heave to be honest.

I would really appreciate it if the food and drink was back to the standard of 10 years ago.

Better TV Screens. Having flown SQ again in a few sectors going back to the small and rubbish quality VS screens isn't a pleasant experience.
The ability to watch the IFE from gate to gate. Air NZ have been doing it for ages with exactly the same product as VS so it can already be done.
Use materials which actually can be cleaned because some of the UCSs are a disgrace and just plain grubby.
Better partioning of the bar to the rear UCS which everyone hates sitting in because its too noisy when the people who amuse themselves by drinking themselves into a stupor and shouting at the bar head there.

If we're looking at IFE then:

External camera views - Tail looking forward to nose; Nose angled down to see runway during landing; Vertical down with at least 2 zoom levels
Moving map display linked to Google Earth at all zoom levels.
Basic six flight instruments.
Flight instruments + Forward view.

All with ATC audio channels.

And all available gate to gate!

Seat arrangement that allows you to sit next to your partner and be
able to have conversation. Singapore Airlines A380 Business Class is ideal
with single seats at the windows that are fine for solo travellers and pairs
in the middle which are great if with someone.

As mentioned by others better light, thicker mattress and well positioned drinks tray
would improve things.

A half decent amenity kit would be nice.
